Yes, we provide Safeer-issued certificates that align with the CEFR learning framework. When your teacher believes you’re ready to progress, they’ll request a formal test session. This includes you, your teacher, and an examiner. If you pass, you receive your certificate and advance to the next level.
We use Google Meet and Zoom for all online classes. These platforms are secure, easy to use, and reliable across different devices and countries.
If you need to reschedule your class and let us know more than 24 hours in advance, there’s no issue at all. If it’s within 24 hours, the class is still chargeable. We value your time and our teachers’ time equally.
