All you need to do is drop us a message. We’ll either send you a short form to fill out or have a 10-minute phone call with you to understand your needs. From there, we’ll match you with the perfect teacher and offer you a free trial session. If you’re happy, you can then make payment and begin scheduling your classes right away. It’s that easy.

2. What makes The Safeer different from other Arabic or Islamic Studies programs?

Our biggest difference lies in our professionalism, customer service, and the fact that we’ve built our own curriculum from scratch. We don’t follow generic curriculums or replicate others — we’ve curated high-level, results-focused programs led by teachers who truly understand what beginners need. 3. Do I need any prior knowledge of Arabic or Islam?

Not at all. You can come to us as a complete beginner. You don’t need to be Muslim, and you don’t need to know a single word of Arabic. Whether you’re simply curious or looking to deepen your Islamic knowledge, we’re here to guide you from the very beginning through to an advanced level.

4. How are the classes structured?

Our classes are completely personalized. You and your teacher agree on a schedule that works best for both of you. Most students take two classes a week, but you’re free to go at your own pace. Each session is tailored to your individual goals and learning style.

5. Can I choose my own teacher?

You don’t choose your teacher manually — instead, we match you with a teacher who fits your needs, background, and goals. All of our teachers are native Arabic speakers, highly trained, and experienced in delivering results with students from all over the world.

6. Are the courses customized to individual goals?

Yes, completely. Whether you want to focus on speaking, Quran recitation, Islamic knowledge, grammar, or writing, our courses are adapted around you. During your consultation, we gather detailed information so that your teacher can create a custom path tailored specifically to you.

7. Do I receive a certificate at the end of the course?

Yes, we provide Safeer-issued certificates that align with the CEFR learning framework. When your teacher believes you’re ready to progress, they’ll request a formal test session. This includes you, your teacher, and an examiner. If you pass, you receive your certificate and advance to the next level.

8. Which platforms do you use for classes?

We use Google Meet and Zoom for all online classes. These platforms are secure, easy to use, and reliable across different devices and countries.

9. What is your rescheduling policy?

If you need to reschedule your class and let us know more than 24 hours in advance, there’s no issue at all. If it’s within 24 hours, the class is still chargeable. We value your time and our teachers’ time equally.

10. Can I focus on a specific skill like speaking or Quran?

Absolutely. Whether you want to work on just one skill or a combination of them, your learning plan will be tailored to meet your focus. Just let us know during your consultation call.

11. How does pricing work?

We work on a “pay as you learn” model — no contracts, no commitments. You simply pay upfront for your next four weeks of classes. This gives you the flexibility to pause or continue as needed. Exact pricing is provided during the consultation and tailored to your location and learning plan.

12. Are learning materials provided?

Yes. Our teachers have access to a wide range of resources, and The Safeer also provides additional in-house materials. Everything you need to support your learning journey is included.

13. Do you teach dialects as well as Modern Standard Arabic?

Yes, we teach both Modern Standard Arabic and a range of dialects, including Egyptian, Levantine, Gulf, and more. Just let us know your interest during the consultation and we’ll match you accordingly.

14. Are your courses suitable for both children and adults?

Yes, we welcome students of all ages. We have learners as young as six and as old as seventy-three. Our teachers are experienced in working with all age groups and adjust their approach accordingly.

15. What languages do your teachers speak?

In addition to Arabic, our teachers speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, and Russian — making The Safeer accessible to a wide, global audience.
